Super Patches offers clear instruction videos explaining different variations of planks and push-ups, so you can choose exactly the variant that matches your level. That Super Patch initiative is fantastic, but not everyone wants to share their progress so intensively and publicly. But maybe you do recognize the desire to want to move more. Preferably in a way that really suits you. And that’s where my version of their challenge will help you.

At Walking my Revolution, we know from years of experience that whether or not you move more isn’t just about having the right motivation. You already have that motivation. You know very well what you can achieve when you move more in a way that suits you.

But actually taking action and moving more apparently involves more than just motivation. Let’s be honest – if it were that simple, you’d probably already be much more active, vital, and therefore happier than you are now. That’s why I’m introducing a challenge version that takes it several steps further: the WmR 30 Days Movement Challenge.

How does the WmR 30 Days Exercise Challenge work?

As founder of Walking my Revolution, I have been helping people for many years on their path of personal growth and well-being. That’s why we’re expanding the Super Patch Challenge with additional support and inspiration that aligns with our mission: helping you get more out of yourself and your life in a way that suits who you are.

With our WmR 30 Days Exercise Challenge, you choose:

  • The 2 basic exercises: Do daily planks and push-ups in a way that matches your starting level;
  • Functional movement: Additionally, choose (varying) activities that suit your movement level such as walking, cycling, yoga, dancing, gardening, and build up the duration. This way, you work on improving your fitness, resilience, and endurance in your own way.
  • To track your achievements: Keep track of what you’ve done each day, how long or how often, and how it makes you feel in one of the accompanying trackers;
  • To increase your (self-)knowledge: Follow daily posts with inspiring content about mindset, blockages, self-care, balance, super patches, setting healthy boundaries, and increasing your vitality. This helps you get to know yourself better and work effortlessly on building more resilience, self-confidence, and joy of life.
  • Support: Let yourself be supported and encouraged. You’re not doing this alone, but together, and as a result, you often achieve more than you thought possible

  2. Watch the instruction videos and decide which form of planking and push-ups you want to do.
  3. Register on that page if you want to share your progress on social media and have a chance to win their prizes.
  4. Download their tracker or choose for the more extensive tracker from our challenge;
  5. Follow me on Facebook, Instagram or Youtube for daily videos and other inspiration!
